LinProjekt is a construction company and architecture firm in Kosovo, specialising in design, construction and manufacturing. Since its founding in 1991 in Mitrovica, it has become one of the leading construction companies in the region.

In Mitrovica alone we have designed and built 40 multi-storey residential and commercial buildings (LP1–LP40), with apartments and flats for sale in Mitrovica and Prishtina. As an architecture firm and builder, we also operate in Prishtina and across the region.

History

Three and a half decades

1991 — FOUNDING
The beginning in Mitrovica
LinProjekt is founded by young engineers — architects and civil engineers — with a clear vision for designing contemporary architecture in line with international standards.
1998 — CONTRIBUTIONS
Documenting war damage
By decision of the Municipal Emergency Council, LinProjekt records and documents 8,141 destroyed buildings — over 8,000 photographs and 105 hours of footage — a historic contribution to the Mitrovica region.
2003 — CONSTRUCTION
The first multi-storey buildings
Construction of multi-storey residential-commercial buildings begins. From LP1 to LP21, LinProjekt completes 21 buildings in Mitrovica alone, with an investment value of over 35 million euros.
2009 — EXPANSION
Development plans and Prishtina
In cooperation with Metron AG (Switzerland) and Insar Consult (Germany), LinProjekt drafts the Municipal and Urban Development Plan of Mitrovica 2009–2025+. At the same time, construction begins in Prishtina — Mati 1, Kalabria, Lin Tower.
2019 — DIVERSIFICATION
ACI and Aquapark Mitrovica
The company expands into manufacturing and hospitality: the "ACI" Concrete Plant (75,000 m²) and Aquapark "Mitrovica" (60,000 m²) — both 100% owned by LinProjekt.

Three companies,

Construction needs concrete, machinery and coordination. Instead of buying them in, we own them — so deadlines and quality stay in our hands. The concrete plant and the aquapark are 100% owned by LinProjekt.
